Diamonds are a girl's best friend!

So are rubies, sapphires, emeralds and a pile of plastic gems.

I've been making a lot of jewellery recently and I have to say I really enjoy doing it! It is a nice step away from a massive pattern pieces and meters of fabrics. Obviously jewellery can be big as well but it's always coming to using a little pair of pliers, small jump rings and tiny clasps. There is something therapeutic in jewellery making...

Just to prove that I am not only staring at all of these shiny stones!

It's good to consider jewellery as a part of final collection to make every outfit complete. As I've learned how to make it now all I need to do is designing! x
